How it starts
- Connect GitHub, Linear and Slack. An afternoon at most, and signing in is the whole of it.
- Say what the job is, in a sentence. Write it the way you would for a person who joined last week.
- Set the limit above which you want asking. Work stops there and waits for the person you named.
- Correct it out loud when it gets something slightly wrong. That correction becomes a rule, and it holds from then on.
