## How it works

1. **It finds the required information.** Alfera reads the record, the file, and the thread the job depends on.
2. **It works across the required tools.** One request reaches the customer record, the drive, the mailbox, and the channel.
3. **It reports the result and actions.** You get the finished work and the list of every action behind it.

## Sensitive actions still follow the workspace’s approval rules.
Reach is a setting, not a surprise. Your workspace decides which accounts Alfera may use and what it may do with them.

- **You choose the accounts**: Each connected account is added by a person and can be turned off by a person.
- **Deleting needs your words**: Alfera will not delete, cancel, or revoke a record you did not name in your request.
- **The receipt is the proof**: Every finished job ends with the count of actions, the tools used, and the result.

## What Alfera cannot do
Alfera can only use accounts your workspace has connected. If a tool is missing, it stops and tells you which one.
