## How it works

1. **Add company knowledge.** Write it down once, or point Alfera at the document that already says it.
2. **Show who can use it.** Each memory carries its audience on its face: only you, a project, or everyone.
3. **Show its source whenever Alfera applies it.** When a memory is used, the answer links back to the place it came from.

## Every memory answers three questions.
What does it know? Who can see it? How does it know? A memory that cannot answer all three does not belong in the page.

## Your team controls what enters memory and who can see it.
Memory is not a hidden profile. It is a list your team reads, edits, and empties.

- **Nothing is hidden**: Every memory is one plain sentence on a page anyone in the workspace can open.
- **The audience is on the face**: Only you, one project, or everyone at the company. The label sits on the memory itself.
- **You can delete it**: Remove one memory, or ask Alfera to forget everything it knows about you.

## What Alfera cannot do
Alfera only remembers what your team gave it. A file nobody connected and a decision nobody wrote down stay unknown.
